Hello Mumbai News: Could you introduce yourself to our readers
Niyati: Hello everyone, I am Niyati Safi, your Alternate Medicine Healer.
I practice Acupuncture, Sound Therapy, and Yoga Therapy.
I am in the field of Alternative medicine for last 15 years.

I am a Registered Acupuncture Practitioner from the government of Maharashtra, a Certified Sound Practitioner and Therapist, and an Ayush Mantralaya Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator.
Founder of Niyati’s Health and Wellness World in Mumbai.
I take Yoga, Pranayam, and Meditation classes for adults and children too.
I also take Sound meditation sessions in groups and personalized ones to cater to the client’s problems.
I am the author of the book: SOUND THERAPY. WHY AND HOW IT WORKS.
which is a beginners guide to sound therapy.
I have been felicitated by the Rotary Club of Bombay West for Sound Therapy Sessions for special children.
I have also been felicitated by Kalagurjari Sthapak Sansthan Mumbai for conducting sessions on Mandala painting with sound vibrations for children.
Also participated in various online talk shows explaining to people what is Sound Therapy and the science behind how it works.
And conducted various Offline and Online workshops on Alternate medicine Therapies like Sujok, Reflexology, Acupressure and more.

Hello Mumbai News: What inspired you to start your Business?
Niyati: I have always loved to heal people and I found my calling in the field of Acupuncture. I was attracted to it when I saw it working. Initially, I felt it was magic. Then I realized it is an art as well as a science. I have been practicing yoga since childhood and I wanted to impart this knowledge to others too.
I was also intrigued by pure sound, as everything in this world is based on sound vibrations I started practicing it too for mental awareness and calmness.

Hello Mumbai News: What challenges have you faced as a women entrepreneur and how did you overcome them?
Niyati: As a women entrepreneur challenges were like people questioning as a lady is she good at her work. I had to prove my talent and skill through hard work and determination.

Hello Mumbai News: Tell something about your Start-up and how people can benefit from it.?
Niyati: I am the founder of Niyati’s Health and Wellness World . I have cured many patients with acupuncture, and yoga therapy and have also given special attention to their mental health through sound meditation. I also conduct Kid’s Yoga classes to improve focus, concentration, physical fitness, and mindfulness in children through asanas, pranayama, and meditation.I conduct group sessions on sound meditation. I also take Online Yoga and sound meditation classes.

Hello Mumbai News: Where does your inspiration come from?
Niyati: I have always been interested in serving humanity by healing people through alternative medicine without any side effects. Bringing a smile to people’s faces after healing them is my inspiration. It is bliss for me.

Hello Mumbai News: Do you feel that in India there are enough structures and facilities put in place to assist women to expand their start-up journey?
Niyati: In India, there are enough structures and facilities to assist women entrepreneurs provided the women of India take full advantage of them.

Hello Mumbai News: How do you balance your professional and personal life?
Niyati: I have always balanced my personal and professional life. In this journey, my family has always supported me. Earlier when my two children were small, I used to work from home on a smale scale so that I could look after the kid’s development and growing up stages. Gradually as they grew up I started taking more classes and sessions. My husband has always supported me in my career.

Hello Mumbai News: What advice would you give to someone who are aspiring Women Entrepreneur?
Niyati: My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is that you have to move ahead with determination and keep a goal in mind. The world is full of opportunities waiting for you to grab them and utilize them and reach your goals in life.

Hello Mumbai News: What women inspire you?
Niyati: My mother is the first woman I was inspired by. She was a schoolteacher dedicated to her work as teaching was her passion in life.
She made me understand that you are a lifelong Learner throughout your life. And learning never ends.

Many other women, later on, inspired me like our past prime minister iron lady Smt. Indira Gandhi who had a strong-willed personality. Mother Teressa who had served humanity throughout her life.

Hello Mumbai News: What is your message on International Women’s day?
Niyati: My message is Women should study well and pursue their goals and passion in life. Women are shining in all fields of work nowadays. And the world is applauding and praising it.
